Start with the Micro-exercise:

Old story: “I can’t handle this. I’m behind. Something is wrong with me.”

Deeper truth: You’re not weak. You’re full. Your system is on.

Universal law (rhythm): Everything moves in waves. Action needs rest.

Micro-action (about 60 seconds):

1. Put your feet flat on the ground

2. Count till 4 while breathing in. Count until 6 while breathing out. Repeat 3 times

3. Ask yourself: What is one thing I can do today?

Reply with one word: mind or body.
